She was the mother of my father, Burrel Latta, born in 1915. After studying the Totty records, I believe that she is the daughter of George W. Welch and Lillie Totty referenced in the Totty Records of Jefferson Co., OK site. How many Sallie Latta's could there be in Waurika, Oklahoma?
