Comments: I was delighted to find your recipes and I thank you for running such a good page. You're right that KZN curry is very different from Cape. Cape being Malay based and KZN being Indian based. KZN curries have a good heat, hotter than most Indian, but milder than in the UK. My only disagreement is with your statement that Indian curries are dry. I've only been to Southern India, but did travel across most of it and their curries are moist. They don't have as much sauce as we do in the UK, but you still need bread to mop up. Your recipes will enhance my collection of Indian, Thai, Malay and my own. I am just starting to make a good Bunny and I'm looking forward to feeding to friends at home.
