The urge is there occasionally but I am truly a non-smoker now. It really has not been as difficult as it had been in the past. I am smoke free. I was at a function and two people where outside smoking and they came inside and sat in front of me and the smell, OMG. I told a friend next to me that is how I used to smell but no more. It feels good to be free. It feels great to not smell like an ashtray as well. You did a Great job Peter, you made me look at things a little differently that made a HUGE difference in my life. Quitting is not nearly as bad as I thought. I want a cigarette occasionally, but I just drink tea, and it helps. And it doesn't matter if I want to smoke or not because now I am a non-smoker and they don't smoke - ever! I will never ever smoke again in my life, never! I will never smell like smoke again. What is your feedback about Neversmokeagain.com: You have to be honest with yourself and look inside as you go through this program. Your reasons for quitting are just as important. I am 51 soon to be 52 and have smoked since I was 17 years old. I have had 35 years of smoking and 5-6 failures in quitting with patches and drugs. One time I quit for five years and then there I was smoking again. I was skeptical at first but have followed the steps and planned the Celebration. I made sure people knew about the celebration. I made it very visual for everyone around me when leaving my cigarettes, and proclaimed this is it! I’m a non-smoker. I am now a non-smoker for life. I know there will be urges and I will overcome them by using the mantra. I am using the mantra for other things in my life as well. I began eating healthier a month ago and still have urges for something fried. I will never put bad things into my body. This program works and is so simple. You can do it. I did it! You have to do what is right for you. First open your mind. I didn't want to take that final step until I was sure I had quit. Well I haven't smoked in the three days since I read the your site, I threw away my ashtrays, destroyed my cigarettes and followed all the advice. Today I signed the contract and thanks to your help I know that I will NEVER,EVER,EVER SMOKE AGAIN, and I feel so great about this.
