Comments/Suggestions: after many years in denial i am finally realising the negative impact these problems are having on my life. medication isn't enough, real changes are needed. i am inspired by this web site it shows what can be acheived and that it isn't so wrong to feel the way i feel, and to be what i am, it doesn't make me less of a person or inadequate(even though it is horrible and i hate it!).
