AF/JWM will be merged soon, Sir, ITs benefitial for all cadres! we demand 4600 for CM and next Grade PAy for JWM ! But we want 2 grade structure, so that everybidy can reach at least 5400 and mostly 6400 up to the end of service! But why this merging is happening in govt organizations for CM-I and CM-II and etc? As we know that if pipe line is long then it takes more time to take water from one end to another. If our channel is small then decision making is fast and quality of work improves also there are many more benifits. This simple principle has been applied to the merging of posts. So try to banish personal benefits and supports for merging of AF/F/SH to JWM. So if two persons are in same posts then they will work more efficiently without the human ego problems of senior and juniors. But I am seeing the last promotion was on 31/3/2008 of 77 JWMs to AWM. So much delay in DPC for our cadre . I was one of the unfortunate JWM who had retired as JWM after 14 years of service as Foreman/JWM. We should try to emphasize our roll in our organisation. In this context, i would like to thank our secretary, all excutive members and also to all the cadres who have given their whole hearted effort to make this happen. But at the same time , i would also like to stress upon the fact that since our case is now under very vital stage of consideration, we should continue with the same effort and vigour to get it cleared from Ministry including Finance. So here i would like to request our secretary and also the CEs to pls. have a visit to Delhi and personally chase the matter by finding out some means so that it will be finalised at the earliest. Sooner the better or otherwise since a lot vested intrests are working against our cader, anything may happen if things are getting delayed. How good do you think this site is: No comments Comments: Fot the Attention of National Scretary and all CE Members, Its disheartning and very painful to note that inspite of Boards recommendation to M of D for upgradtion of our scale, we are being victimised and the persons who were promoted to the JWM post after 1st Jan'2006 are not given the promotional incremental benifit. Here i could not follow the logic of not giving the promotional incremental benifit though the person holding the post of JWM after 1st Jan'2006 discharging the higher responsibility as assigned. So where does the question of debarring them from incremental benifit now arise citing the recommendation of 6th pay commission. Is it not unfair and unjust to a person who is discharging his duty dedicatedly and honestly? Is it not hurting the moral ethics of all the JWMs? Had it been happend to Group "A" officers, they would have settled the issue long before by deputing their officers to M of D and camping there. But in our case, no one is paying any heed to our problems. We are just victimised from all angles including in our work field also. How long we will digest these kind of humilation. we are being made scape goat in every field bcoz our post is such. Its my sincear request to National secretary and all CE members to look into these aspects seriosly and do something if possible to remove descripencies and see that our interests are safe guarded with due recognition and upliftment in our grade pay. If it is not possible, then i would request to demand for NON_GAZETTED STATUS so that in future JWMs will not be accountable for the mistakes of higher-ups. 1 2 3 4 5 6
