Never followed the link on the bottom of your mails before. Couldn't resist saying (again) how much I anjoyed your book. Will read it again when it returns to me (sorry I know I wasn't supposed to lend it but I did get to borrow a good book in return).
63 February 26 2003 at 09:46:51 Fullname: Simon M Email: Comments: Thanks for that, Richard - I thought Torsten was a wonderful character. I'm pretty sure I had something to do with it, but he took on a life of his own (as usual) after a while. I'd buy him a beer.
64 February 25 2003 at 02:29:33 Fullname: Richard W Email: Comments: Did indeed enjoy the second half - a very nice bit of work. Complex, and very simple all at the same time. Loved Torsten to bits, by the way.

One of the first things I was taught as a fledgling author - money flows to the writer, not away from the writer :)

72 January 17 2003 at 13:04:52 Fullname: Simon M Email: Comments: Heart was launched in some style last night - many thanks to Steve Robinson at Ottakers, Sunderland, for hosting the event, and to everyone who turned up and bought all the books - Steve's ordered more to fulfil any back orders and have some copies in the shop.
And Bryan Talbot came to my book launch! I was so chuffed! And even more chuffed when Steve gave me a copy of Bryan's One Bad Rat signed by the man himself.

Secondly, I'm the foreign author of the month at Twilight Tales. I don't feel particularly foreign, but that's them 'Mericans for you... En Passant from the Thy Kingdom Come collection is online there, too. Click here.
