When my wife was still pregnant, we headed to the hospital to do a level 2 ultrasound, which gives a clearer picture of the baby then your typical ultra-sound. Anyway, on the way there, I had my wife pull over at this used bookstore (Uncle Hugo's) near the hospital, and was excited when I saw a copy of a Mort Castle novel. So I bought it, brought it into the car and showed my wife. Oops! Let me just say that CURSED BE THE CHILD was not the right thing to show my wife on the way to our ultra-sound.

Best of all, you are paid lots and lots of money for writing.
The HWA is an organization that sometimes deals with writing, but not too often.
