Comments: I am researching Lancaster JB151 AS-O ,of 166 Squadron at Kirmington. My uncle,Sgt Ronald Arthur Leighton Saunders was the mid upper gunner when AS-O was shot down He is reported to have been killed on 23 March 1944 and his grave is in Rheinberg, Germany.I would like to know about his last raid and anything about him or his fellow crew members.

Comments: Great Site! My grandfather Donald S. Rogers was squadron leader in the 433 'Porcupine' Squadron of the 6 RCAF Bomber group. His plane was 'Little Lulu' which you have pictured in your nose art section. Since I was a kid that picture has been one of my all-time favourite war-time photos.
