Comments: Judi, I think you are an incredible woman. You are so strong and have so much love for your son. What a wonderful legacy. I can not even begin to understand losing a child by murder. I hope I never will. When you lose a loved one, you become a member of a club which no one ever choses to belong to. There is a certain amount of understanding between mothers of angels, but then it is different too, depending on the circumstances of our loss. I understand too about how hard it is to have people avoid you or act like nothing ever happened. That hurts so much. I know they can't cope with it, but they cause even more pain this way. Comments: I have a question and it pains me to ask but I must. My father is buried in Plaucheville at the Mater Dolorosa Cemetary. I visit him twice a week there and sometimes spend time walking through the cemetary as I find it makes me feel connected to him somehow. Is Shane resting there? His face looks so familair and I have chills just thinking about the possibility. Comments: I am so sorry for the loss of your handsome son Shane.I too am a Mother of a Child Murdered.My Heather, was 22, and had 2 small children Kiven 18 mos.old and Xavier4 yrs.old at the time of her death.Both of my grandsosn have been kidnapped.One by the Puerto Rico Govt. and given to the murderer's great-aunt which is nuts! The other Grandparents had Xavier, and moved him to Puerto Rico, without my knowledge until this Dec.2004.He has been gone since last May of 2003.
