Comments: Hi all..

Picked up my copy of Devil In Me - lovely.. also in the shop (Books Etc - Farringdon) they had the new version of Personal Demons - may I ask what's different about the Latter - apart from the (Yet again) excellent cover?

I missed the reading - changed jobs, so hadn't looked at the board for a while - would have loved to have been there - how did it go? Is this something you do often?

Right - better do some work..

Take care

G

Comments: Hi - I've read most of CF's work, currently reading Soho Black, enjoying it immensely so far. Just thought I'd post a quick message to point people in the direction of Rupert Thompson's book "Soft" - it's got echos of "Rune" about it and, like CF's stuff, is a great book for people who like stuff set in and about London.

Comments: Hi,
I'm a huge fan of CF, and I would love to know when 'Get Out of The House' will be published - I can't find any reference to it on Amazon etc.
Ditto for 'The Devil In Me'.
Although I heard a rumor that Bryant will be killed off - ??? What a shame if it's true. But am still looking forward to the next B & M installment.
Mr Fowler's books are some of the few set in London UK that I really enjoy.

Comments: Hi Christopher. I love your work.
Spanky has to be one of my all time favorite horror novels. Was there any movie interest in this at all?
It would make a great film. Then again, look at Dean Koontz. He has had a bad time with movie conversations.
They suck, which I know is not the fault of the author.
I've just finished Psychoville but seem to be having a hard time finding your collection The Bureau of Lost Souls.
It was readily available in Ireland (where I lived before moving to the States) but I can't seem to find it here!!
My own horror writing is taking off over here in a way I'd never have imagined.
I may be gracing the pages of an anthology with you one of these fine days.
Keep up the good work!!!!

Comments: Love all the stuff you've published, read just about everything. I've taken to buying your novels as presents to spread the word !! Psychoville is the usual choice.

I am interested in what stuff has been filmed for TV or cinema and whether any of it is available on video/dvd.

Humbled and full of glee.

Comments: Chris, Hi there. Great news about Jude Law playing Billy March in Psychoville - this has got to be my fave novel of yours - can't wait to see the film when it's made. The cover for 'The Devil In Me' looks fantastic , BUT killing off Arthur Bryant !!!! SHAME ON YOU. Any chance of getting the cover scans of your earlier humour books on the site (just being nosey), and is there any reason why there is no mention of City Jitters on the site or cover scan of one (or all) of the diff. covers ? . Safe travels, and all the best.

Comments: Just a couple of quick notes as I'm travelling in Europe at the moment; check out my new revised website at www.christopherfowler.co.uk - and it's now official - Jude Law has signed up for the movie version of 'Psychoville' - thoughts on that?
Also, 'The Devil In Me' is launched early November, along with a spiffing new edition of 'Personal Demons'

Comments: Oh.. er..

Red Bride - if yuo're in the UK try www.justbooks.co.uk, if that doesn't help then www.bookfinder.com searches places like the Advanced Book exchange and Bibliofind.

I've just done a search, and it's returned 39 copies, ranging from $3.30 to $75.

Hope that helps..

Comments: I know Mr Fowler answers most post personally, but I'll answer on the board anyway (I like the sound of my own voice???)

Bryant and May will be returning shortly.
A number of short stories have been turned into films - Master Builder being the most seen to my knowledge.
There has been talk of Roofworld being turned into a film also.

I'm sure Mr F will correct me if any of the above is wrong..

Comments: Thanks for getting me to read a book in one go instead of a chapter here and there over a few months
I have bought most of your books but unable to find Red Bride - online and Waterstones/WH Smith etc - out of print - PLEASE could you point me in the right direction.

AND will Bryant & May be getting another outing ?
AND are there any plans to put your work on the small /large screen ?

Thanks for re awakening my imagination

Mark Gardner
